Data Deletion Instructions
This page explains how Facebook and Instagram users can request deletion of data that Loan Pros may receive through apps, integrations, or API-based tools.
1. How we use your data
Loan Pros may receive limited information from Facebook or Instagram (such as your name, email address, or profile information) when you interact with our connected apps or lead tools.
This information is used only to contact you, provide support, or deliver the business funding information you requested.
2. How to request data deletion
You may request deletion of your data at any time.
Request Data Deletion by Email
Send an email to:
Include the following in your request:
- Your full name
- The email associated with your Facebook or Instagram account
- A statement confirming you want your Loan Pros data deleted
3. What happens next
Once your request is verified, Loan Pros will permanently delete all data associated with your connected account.
You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.
