Loan Pros provides in-person mobile notarizations and loan signing appointments. I’m a commissioned Notary Public in NC & SC and a Notary Signing Agent (NSA) through NNA.

Loan Signing Agent (NSA)
Professional signing appointments for title companies, lenders, signing services, attorneys, and borrowers. Includes refinance, purchase/seller packages, HELOC, and more.
Mobile Notary (General)
In-person notarizations at your home, office, or an agreed meeting location. Great for affidavits, POAs, business documents, and consent forms.
Business & Corporate Notary
Streamlined notarizations for business owners and teams — agreements, authorizations, HR/vendor forms, and other common business documents.
Mobile Convenience
Flexible scheduling when available (including evenings/weekends). You’ll receive clear communication and confirmation of the total before we meet.
How it works
1. Call
Tell us the document type, your location, preferred time window, and number of signers.
2. Confirm the total
Notary fees follow state guidelines. Mobile travel/convenience fees may apply based on distance and timing.
3. Meet & notarize
All signers appear in person with valid ID. Don’t sign ahead unless instructed.
4. Done
You leave with completed notarization(s). For loan signings, follow return instructions as requested.

What to have ready
Bring valid ID
Unexpired government-issued photo ID is required for all signers (driver’s license, passport, etc.).
All signers present
All signers must be physically present and willing/aware at the appointment (in-person only).
Don’t sign ahead
Documents should be ready, but do not sign until instructed during the appointment.
Witnesses (if needed)
Witness requirements vary by document. Please confirm ahead of time so we can plan correctly.

Do you offer remote / online notarization?
No — not at this time. I currently provide in-person notarizations only in NC & SC.
Can you come to my home or office?
Yes. Mobile appointments are available throughout the Charlotte Metro and surrounding areas.
Do you provide witnesses?
Witness requirements vary by document. Confirm in advance so we can plan correctly.
What ID do you accept?
Unexpired government-issued photo ID (driver’s license, passport, etc.). If you’re unsure, call first.
